Who these terms are with

odasepeti.com is operated by Odasepeti LLC (Wyoming, United States). Using the site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

What Odasepeti is, and is not

Odasepeti compares hotel prices and conditions across providers. It is not a travel agency and not a seller. We take no bookings, hold no inventory and process no payments.

Any stay you book is a contract between you and the provider you booked it from. Their terms, their cancellation policy and their customer service apply. If something goes wrong with a booking, they are the party who can fix it.

Prices and availability

Prices and availability come from providers and change quickly. What we show is the most recent figure we hold, and every price on the site says when we last checked it. It is indicative, not an offer, and the provider's own page at the moment of booking is what binds.

Where we show a price in a currency other than the one the provider quoted, it is marked as an approximation and shown alongside the provider's own figure. We convert at the rate that applied on the day the price was observed, not today's, so an old price is not silently restated.

How results are ordered

The order of results is computed from relevance, availability, price, family fit, provider coverage and freshness. No provider can pay to rank higher, and there is no paid placement anywhere on the site. If that ever changes, it will be disclosed on the results page itself and not only here.

Your account

You may use the site without an account. If you create one, keep your credentials to yourself and give us accurate information. We may suspend or close an account that is used to abuse the service or harm other users.

Acceptable use

Please do not extract our data in bulk by automated means, attempt to interfere with the service, or use it to build a competing dataset. Ordinary use, meaning searching, comparing, saving and following links to providers, is exactly what it is for.

Content and rights

Hotel descriptions, photographs and prices belong to the providers and hotels they came from, and are shown here under the terms that permit comparison. The site itself, its design and the way the comparison is assembled are ours.

The service is in beta

Odasepeti is a beta. The catalogue is incomplete, features change, and the site may be unavailable at times. We provide it as it is, without a warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from a booking made with a provider, from a price or availability that changed after we last checked it, or from the service being unavailable.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Any such dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms as the product changes. The date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the new version.
