Who we are
odasepeti.com is operated by Odasepeti LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, with its office in Houston, Texas. We are responsible for the personal information described in this notice.

What we are, and what that means for your data
Odasepeti is a comparison site. We do not sell rooms, take bookings or handle payments. When you follow a link to a provider you leave Odasepeti, and from that point the provider's own privacy policy governs what they collect, including anything you type into their booking form. We never see your card details.
What we collect when you use the site without an account
Product events: that a search happened and how many results it returned, that a hotel page was opened, and that a link out to a provider was followed. Each is tagged with the anonymous device id above, your chosen market and language. We use these to count how the product is actually used, not to build a profile of you.
Our servers also process the technical information any web request carries, such as your IP address, for security and abuse prevention.
What we collect if you create an account
Your email address, an optional display name, and your language and market preferences.
Separately, and only if you choose to provide them, preferences that make results fit you better: family structure, bed and board preference, card preference, and how much price risk you will accept. Each of these is stored against the specific consent that permitted it and is flagged in our database as personal data. You can withdraw any of them without losing your account.
Consent, and taking it back
We record consent separately for analytics, marketing and personalisation. The record is append-only: granting and withdrawing are both events with a timestamp, so we can always show what you agreed to and when.
Withdrawal is enforced where the data is handled, not just in the interface. When analytics consent is withdrawn, events from your account stop being captured server-side rather than being collected and ignored.
Alerts and notifications
If you ask us to watch a price, we send alerts by email and, only if you grant the browser permission, by web push. A push subscription stores the endpoint your browser gives us, which we use for nothing else. Turning alerts off in your account, or revoking the browser permission, stops both.
Deal emails
If you subscribe to deal emails from the box at the foot of every page, we keep your email address, the language and market you signed up in, and when you did. You do not need an account, and having an account does not subscribe you.
We use that address only to send those emails: at most one a week, each with a link that unsubscribes you in one click. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately. We keep the record that you opted out, so a later mistake cannot quietly add you back.
To have the address deleted entirely rather than just unsubscribed, write to [email protected].
How long we keep things
Account data is kept until you delete your account, after which it is erased. Anonymous product events are kept in aggregate.
Hotel price history is not personal data, but for completeness: individual observed prices are dropped after 400 days and the daily rollups after five years.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data or ask us to erase it, and both are built into the product rather than handled by hand. You can also object to processing, withdraw any consent at any time, and ask us to correct anything wrong.

Who else sees it
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. Data is processed by the infrastructure providers that run our servers and databases, acting on our instructions. Travel providers receive nothing from us about you. Following a link is you visiting them, not us telling them about you.
Where your data is processed
Odasepeti LLC is established in the United States and your data is processed there. If you use the site from outside the United States, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States, and this notice is governed by United States law.
Changes
If we change how we handle your data we will change this page and update the date on it. Where a change needs your consent, we will ask before it takes effect rather than after.
